We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

1. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information.

2. DELIVERY TIME

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 10–14 business days, depending on your location within the UK.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes during peak periods.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

5. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, please contact us at buy.numa@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it for you.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
